Contact us (email or phone) to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.
Returns are only accepted within 3 days after the delivery date. If 3 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase and the condition of products.
Once we received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replace or refund.
If you are approved,
(A) we will promptly send you a replacement on next day delivery, or
(B) we will promptly issue your refund. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days after delivered.
*Reminder: Refund is not payable under or equal RM 1.00.
